
The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) Ministerial conference and the Third Bologna Policy Forum took place in Bucharest օn 26 - 27 April 2012. The conference brought together the ministerial delegations of the 47 EHEA countries, the Bologna process consultative members and about 53 delegations from other regions of the world. The theme of the third Bologna Policy forum was "Beyond the Bologna process: Creating and connecting national, regional and global higher education spaces". Having outlined the EHEA goals in the coming years the main priorities were set for 2012-2015 time period and the following documents were jointly adopted by the EHEA ministers- the Bucharest Ministerial Communiqué, EHEA Mobility Strategy and the Third Bologna Policy Forum Statement. The Armenian delegation headed by the minister of Education and Sciences Mr. Armen Ashotyan consisted of six members- Mrs. Karine Harutyunyan- the deputy minister of Education and Scienes, Mr. Robert Sukiasyan-the head of Higher Education department of the Ministry of Education and Sciences, Mr. Aram Simonyan-the restor of the Yrevan State University, Mrs. Gayane Harutyunyan- Executive director of Armenic and Mr. Karen Akopian-student.
